I recently moved to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina due to family health problems and I am getting tons of photos here. I do miss Colorado immensely and will be returning sooner or later (hopefully sooner) that is why I am still keeping my brand of Paul’s Colorado Photography and not changing it to something like Paul’s South Carolina Photography. Besides Colorado has a nice ring to it 😉 anyways without further ado, here are some photos taken since December, when I first came out on a short trip.
b These first four were taken in Charleston, I only had a couple hours down here, but still came away with quite a few photos that I am still working on.
This next set is from the beaches from Murrell’s Inlet to Myrtle Beach taken during different times and different days, some were taken during very stormy weather, so I am able to come away with photos at the beach in all conditions
The leaf is from Surfside Beach during a stormy day and the second one is from Garden City one day after the full moon taken when a storm system started clearing out.
and this last set was from a club house on a golf course. The golf course has been closed for nearly 10 years, I had driven past this place several times and was lured by it’s condition. I was quite surprised seeing something like this, back in Denver most places like this are torn down and large buildings including office towers or high rise apartments are built in it’s place. price to pay for the population explosion in Colorado. To some people this would be an eyesore, but to an artist, this is a gold mine.
I am also working on making videos, it’s definitely been quite the learning curve, extremely different from still photography. This is an example of one that I had done, taken with my GoPro and edited in GoPro studios using one of their templates, I have alot more learning to do.
