Capture One continues to impress me with it’s file handling as I have written about it a couple times in the past, it has given me the opportunity to revisit some older photos as well as processing new photos.
The last day or two I went back to some old urban photos taken in downtown Denver. I still did some finishing touches in Photoshop CC using some Luminosity Masks and dodge and burn layers.
I loved the old versus new in architecture of the above photo
I had one brief moment to get this photo taken in the open area behind the Starbucks at the foot of the Republic Plaza Tower, Denver’s tallest building. I had a security guard come running out to shoo me away. After all photographers are to be watched out for with the possibility of terrorist activity
Denver’s Four Seasons Hotel and Residence tower, currently the city’s 4th but soon to be 5th tallest building as a huge new tower is going up right across the street from this one. May more of these towers are going up in Denver and hopefully I will be able to get plenty of new photos that include all of these new towers going up
Standing in Broadway to get the above photo, another old versus new. The historic chapel on the right with the modern office tower on the left.
All these and many more are available as prints or mounting options. Visit my website for information.
