A lot of the snow that has fallen this past winter is gone in the lower elevations. Trees are even starting to come out. The above though, taken just last week, is still in winter mode at 1000 feet above the valley. Titled “Andromeda Milky Tree”. I think these ranchers out here are starting to get used to me, they are driving by now instead of stopping asking questions. I hope some of them are reading this =)
It has been quite warm here this past week so the snow should be a lot less.
On a full moon lit night with star trails over the Roan Plateau, this one is almost a month old so there should be a lot less snow up here. I am going to have to go back up and check it out now that it is getting warmer.
Love this old house. Fast moving clouds with a 2 minute exposure and an ISO of 1600.
